so i'm thinking that the major flaw with the DH bot on trinity is that it does not use shadow power to move, so it is always running around at normal speed.
i think for it to be most effective it would need to use both shadow power with increased movement speed, and perhaps tactical advantage with vault for 90% increased movement speed on top of 35 yard flips, also with night stalker and preparation 30% to continue generating discipline.
but the problem here is that you will still run out of discipline too quickly when no mobs are present so stacking a dps passive is probably a better choice. this makes shadow power the skill of choice for increased movement speed, which trinity does not use.
as for the secondary attack skill, i simply can not decide which to use... cluster arrow, rapid fire, or multishot, each of these i would use with ballistics passive and rocket firing runes for max damage, along with a soj and quiver with crit rate bonuses for those skills, cluster arrow gets the grenadier passive and a hatred reduced by 5 quiver to reduce the cost to 35 hatred, which allows more shots, any of the 3 primary skills will use the bat summon to replenish hatred faster
but i am still uncertain, as multishot and rapid fire can have their crit rates boosted by another 16% with item bonuses, but you won't be seeing either of those 1-shotting elites, unlike cluster arrow. rapid fire may end up being a better choice than cluster arrow, but i still haven't tested it's full potential
shadow power - shadow glide
caltrops - bait the trap
preparation - backup plan
companion - bat companion
hungering arrow - shatter shot
rapid fire / cluster arrow / multishot
archery - 50% crit damage
ballistics
grenadier / night stalker
perhaps preparation can be replaced with marked for death, shrugs
