what is the best low level DK PvP CC?

If there aren't any viable options, andyone have a private pvp cc they would care to share? I want to have my dk pvp most the way to 85...

I used a self modified PVEfrost. Added death grip and chains. Trying to change one of the other PvP centric ones gave me a headache with necrotic strike. GL.
