Well both are ok options. I run a lot of horde leveling, and the best way I do it is that if I'm going to be near my computer, I'll do questing, and then I'll swap to PvP if I haven't done the pvp daily. If I have done the PvP daily, I'll go ahead and AB.

AB is good for afk. IMO, it won't touch questing if you have the ability to check on questing every 15-30 min.

The Azenius Project outland profiles are exceptional. HFP is a little sketchy at the end, but you need to do it all for the Zangarmarsh profile to start correctly. Terrokar os great. Nagrand is good too as far as I've been in it. I haven't finished that one though!
