What is everyone using for loot/bag/item/selling/mailing management?

Just returned and was trying to figure out what everyone is using for loot/bag management? I see MrItemRemover, but it doesn't appear to work. TidyBags seems to do some of the things but not enough.

I play with combat routines and Enyo, so ... yeah

Also, am I missing something when it comes to protecting items and or bag slots?

most profiles define the number of bag slots to keep free themselves

But we have to depend on Warcraft addons for item protection as Day7 eluded to?
