What is causing: Failed to create process: 50?

Just brought AB downloaded & setup Correctly and then i get this error.
Can anyone help me please

Ok so i read through the thread you linked. i have no AV installed BitDefender has been disabled i have 0 av Protection on this machine win10(usa region) fully updated as this was all done a while ago.

I am Competent In I.T Tcp/ip networking & coding VB.net,pearl,js,python. i think i may have missed something any help would be appreciated. i am willing to give remote access. but if i see a rootkit being dropped ill sever the connection so damn fast

i believe it was deinstalled as i cannot find a single trace of it

i would also like to note that when starting archebuddy it tries to download Launcher.exe and fails every time but still loads AB

ok so i turned off windows defender in group polices. still not able to use AB

got it working after a system reboot
