What is a 'foobar' error?

I have wondered this for such a long time, and a search resulted in no explanation.

This occurs randomly and stops my farming... quite annoying.

As xsilverdicex said, I don't have a foobar addon. The botting character has only 1 addon, which is a whisper track.

foobar error from my exp is occured at random via the use of certain macro's such as useing /use crystalized air blah blah in conjuction with mount macro...
