What I'm not understanding...

People getting the "Unable to get game data" claiming they're banned.

"Restricted response from game server." Claiming they're banned.

We don't have ANY proof yet. Yes the failed to get game data is very sketchy and looks like a ban, I wouldn't automatically assume you are. (It is possible)

I have been botting on my account from level 1 to 35 almost nonstop. (I went 4 day's straight with minimal breaks... maybe an hour or two when it would stop working)

I've used pokebuddy on my account too before this with about the same setting and I jumped around like a retard.

The only issue I had was a random soft ban for moving like 50 miles but it's gone now.

So until we have actual info, stop panicking and creating massive topics about it.

(I run 50kmh, no breaks, no randomize throws and run 24/7.) (I stopped after all the hype of bans)

Well there is some what proof of the banning happening.

But as you say yourself i never recieved a ban or even soft ban. So people who is getting ban is not following the guide lines on how to use the bot or have using another bot before this one.

Everyone is quoting from sources OTHER than Niantic. Niantic hasn't responded at all to the recent problems (not that their communication skills are on par).
It's strange that you get te error message instead of a message that says you're banned.
Many honest players get the error as well and are victim of these latest actions. That's just bad publicity.

They never replied with Ingress either. It's a trend. You just got banned with no warning.

Well, my main account had the flee ban and is now working again.
I have it botting in my hometown and surroundings.
If it gets banned, well, it was fun for a while, moving on.

I have "failed to get game data" problem, but when I create an account with the same name,
it is simply not created "that name already exists" so it does not seem to have been a ban
