mhm if you put a good case forward then I am sure you will be unbanned.

Pretty much most of the time Blizzard will ban people to make it like they are doing something, if they can un-ban someone they will. Banning an account is them losing a monthly subscription (?9), so they will give as many chances as possible. Hoping the player will return legit. You would be banning a good portion of their subscribers and they know that, even if it is gold bot companies or players.
