What happens to the crossed out pokemons?

it seems i got an account that have been cauth but not yet banned... got a stack of slashed out pokemons... whats happens after this point?

i guess that dont matter much, today the account gives the same message as so many others, can not connect to server -_-

check the account in a few weeks, it should be back - but slashed 'mons are gone for good.
