what happens to Eggs??

I use pokefarmer a lot and i am eternally greatful for all your hard work but I have one slight query. Pokefarmer says an egg has hatched but i don't see any new Pokemon on my list. I login to check and i don't see any new ones hatched from an egg on my recents either. what happens to it? should i be using the incubator function or will this get my account flagged?

in pokefarmer it seems that everything that comes from eggs gets listed as it coming from a lure. bit of a bug.

check the pokemon u catch in the lure and then check its stardust power up if its 2500 then its from the egg

most of the time the IV is higher then 80 en level from hatched egg is most of the time level 20

check your journal in game to see what pokemon hatched
