So i used to use honorbuddy about a year ago or so i would say, then i quit wow. anyway, i had previously purchased a lifetime pass i believe and now when i log into my account using the client it says i must purchase a product. did something happen that i am unaware of? is there anyway to get my lifetime status back or are those days long gone?

They didn't have keys when the first lifetimer accounts where being sold for 80 euro's. They had login details. And I'm assuming that's what he had.
Yes, and they can still recover that information. You have to contact HB support, not use the forums. This isn't the first thread today regarding this form of recovery.
