what happened to experience on certain mobs? [6.0.2]

Problem:

I have no clue why, but certain mobs give 61 exp instead of 665 exp after 5-10 minutes of grinding them with a Honorbuddy grind-profile. I tried multiple locations.

What happened in patch 6.0.2? Is grindbot RIP?
