What happened to BG Buddy?

I'm a long time user just recently getting back into playing/botting World of Warcraft. I just recently dinged my character to 90, mostly questing by hand but also with a bit of grinding use Grind Bot, it worked fine. Now that I'm 90 I'm gearing up my account with honor using BG Buddy.

I'm a Shaman Healer, and it just doesn't work well. It runs around quite pointlessly, barely following the "main group" as it says it does. When it comes into contact with someone it should heal, it is extremely slow - maybe an earth shield and a riptide but then it kinda just sits and waits when these people are in urgent need of a healing surge/greater healing wave. My question is why? BGBuddy used to work great, I used to top out healing charts and now I'm close to the bottom of them.

I am using ShamWOW, just like I have used in the past - values have been changed to what I believe should be working well.

Anyone have nay ideas? I don't think it is a routine problem it just seems to be running into extremely awkward and un-useful places.

EDIT: Giving BgBot (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...103152-botbase-bgbot-alternative-bgbuddy.html) a try now and already it is doing better than BG Buddy has been. What gives?

hey having a problem too as dps it just follows the target and dose nothing
 
im having the same problem...when i get home ill try and upload a log...but it does it on the default cc, as well as every other cc i try for all my classes...it'll quest SEMI okayish, but once i jump into a bg, it'll just run around, not attacking until i manually attack, then it'll kinda take over..just using any ability that is off of cd..

again, ill try and upload a log in about 2 hours...
 
see thats strange cuz atm i am running a monk healer in bg and he is almost topping the charts if not topping them same for my hpally best of luck to uguys though
 
im so jelly...lol...ill try it on my resto druid, which i havent bg'd at all with...so we'll see if it'll work with healers... (i mainly bg with either a mage/boomy/rogue/dk)
 
Isn't any kind of battleground botting the easiest way to get banned? I've seen obvious bots and they're horrible :/
 
^^botting in general is an easy way to be banned...go hard or go home...lol if imma get banned, imma try and get what i can, incase i dont get banned.....goin almost a whole year without a single ban/suspension of any sort...sooo its all how smart you play..

As you can see I've owned HB for nearing three years, I've botted probably hundreds of thousands of honor and never been banned. Bot smart :P
 
as stephant said bot smart also i find botting as a healing spec/class lowers ur chances of someone screaming bot ur gonna put out good numbers and ppl wont care much when u run off to do other stuff but a dps class that sucks its gonna get noticed
 
Having the same issue, and it's not the first time either. BGbuddy runs slow from times to times.

Mine is doing the same thing, all it does is stay on the mount and follow the target, looks really bad.

Cheers Tony, you're probably right however originally this wasn't necessarily a support question was just to see if I was the only one.
