What gear is your farmer wearing

Hi guys,

Just curious what kind of gears is your mining/herb farmer wearing. It makes a sense the better gear you have the faster you can kill mobs and the less chance you get killed by mobs while farming. However the good gears require gold to purchase or long time to farm honor points to buy them. How do you find a balance between them?

I'm using a druid and he's wearing most of the 390 pvp gears. But he still occasionally dies when he's attacked by more than 2 mobs at the same time. I'm about to get a new farmer account and is considering whether I should spend a few thousand gold to purchase the full 377 craft sets or spend a few days farming honor points and buy pvp gears.

What's your thoughts? What gears do your farmers wear?

Just go BG bot for 24 hours and you'll have enough gear to survive.

Buy/Craft PVP Blues to hit the iLvl requirement for the dungeon finder, then spend a couple hours getting welfare epics.

It's cheap, fairly quick, and makes you look like just another casual.

Maybe try a different CC? 390ilvl really shouldn't be dying to 2-3mobs, imo.
