If you have wow up and load HB and it give syou this.. check your task bar you probably have another copy of HB running just minized (which removes it from sight other then int he little icons down there in the lower right corner of your screen....

^^^this or alternatively do an alt+ctrl+del>>>process manager>>>select honorbuddy.exe's>>>end process those and try again.
If that does not work restart your comp make sure wow is opened and fully logged in(your toon is in the actual game), than start up hb
