It does as it says, it also kills mobs that are outside the radius of the hotspot that the bot is currently in.
Honorbuddy hotspots work like this:
There is a list of hotspots in the xml. When you activate Honorbuddy it will run towards the first hotspot in the list and find mobs in the radius around that coordinate. It will ignore all mobs that are outside the radius. If all the mobs are dead it will move on to the next hotspot etcetera. If you enable Kill between hotspots it will also kill mobs that are outside the current hotspot, resulting in more mobs/hour.
