what does it meen if HB goes closed beta?

If it goes closed beta will only a certain amount of people be able to use?

To put it simple closed beta usually means an Unfinished/Unstable version of the thing so there might some bugs and problems with the HB that will be fixed before the full release also any one that has a serial for HB can use HB beta as well.

Alright kool, so once they released a CB we can use HB but there will just be glitches and bugs and whatnot?

Ummm... no.. a "Closed" BETA is just for the devs and HB staff.

This allows them to do a lot more testing internally before releasing a Public Beta to the community.
