What does Honor/HR: 6.99....E+08 mean?

I know what scientific notation is... but this doesn't appear to be right.

I always see it in terms of 100s (700/800/900 per hr) and then with the E+08 or E+09

I'm not using another honor tracker, so if someone could explain what this read-out says, I'd appreciate it.

Seems like a bug in our reading of the stuff from memory. I'll take a look at it.
