What do you use to show you where to find rare Pokemon? More questions inside.

Need help finding a link someone posted on here. It was a web page that listed globally (using Lat/Long) found Pokemon and listed them in rarity. I can not find the link for the life of me, it got buried.

What else do you guys use?
