What Do YOU Look for in a Server?

Hello fellow buddies,

The title asks it all. If you're wanting to transfer to a new server and reroll (like I am considering), what do you look for in the new server? Population? Economy? (I sure hate creating flasks worth 40g on my server when they are 80g+ on others). People? All of the above?
