What do u do if you have lost pretty much everything?

Hello guys, Ive had the lifetime honorbuddy for 1-2 years now, I made a mistake a couple of weeks ago removing the honorbuddy and downloaded the new version WITHOUT saving my password!!
I have no clue what email i used ( Im pretty sure I've deleted the mail ) I have also no clue what kind of idiotic secret question on the account
I think I know what email i used but cannot request a new password becouse of the secret question.

Is there any chance I can manage to get it back?
