What do I need to do before I start up my BGBuddy?

I have an authenticator attached to my account, do I need to remove that first? I read something I can't remember exactly what, but that the bot will log you out and relog sometimes?

I'm really new into this... can I just use the default profile when using this to farm honor? Do I need to tweak something?

I want to minimize my chance to get banned, so I guess it's good if I have good settings before I press start?

Is disc or shadow best to farm honor with? Still wanna minimize my chance to get detected here

I've tried it for myself now and one thing I've noticed so far is that if people are using honorbuddy as well, they stand right beside me and do similar stuff. That just screams botting. Because of this, I would never be comfortable leaving the bot on without me watching it from time to time.

Something else I noticed is that when I spec into Discipline on my Priest and choose Discipline in options of HB, it automatically goes back into shadow. Isn't healing possible in battlegrounds?
