What did you write to Blizz in your appeal ticket to get your account unbanned?

Hey folks,

last week I got smashed with the ban-hammer after trying Patto's farming profile over night. This was the first ban and/or warning any account affiliated with me ever got (and I only handle 2 anyway), and naturally I thought appealing and trying to get it unbanned wouldn't hurt.

Any advice on what I should include in my ticket besides the obligatory "I didn't do anything wrong" ? Would appreciate it a lot

After using pattos paid herb/ore route today for about 3 1/2 hours my account has also just been banned. Might be time to start learning how to make my own profiles.
