Hello,

I recently formatted and now lag when i run 3 accounts. Before the format i could run 5 accounts without any issues. Now when i run three, when i type if lag, when i switch window it lag and sometime screen freeze for a few seconds.

most likely a missing driver / outdated one.

Altho its hard to say without actually knowing the machine. From what your describing the lag sound like issue with memory being pushed to the pagefile, but considering you did not change your hardware, thats unlikely.

check for all windows updates after format reinstall and also any new drivers for your hardware as well as on a new install your computers restore may have installed a bunch of crap you had removed or disabled before so check for them and remove any of the programs you don't use. Also if you have the newer version of asus aisuite or whatever its called its a real cpu hog it seems i had to disable it to run even 2 clients without pegging cpu at 100%.
You could also open up device manager goto processes tab and see what is using all your cpu and if its a program you don't need disable it if it auto starts or whatever. Also may want to do some tweaking which you may have done in os before as to graphics set to performance and anything else you can think of. Virus scanners can also take up cpu and disk access to slow things down and on new format they could have been installed from restore to factory image etc.

Your CPU may be over heating. Check your thermal paste if you have not reapplied it in years.
