What CC for Rading, LazyRaider / combat Bot

Ive been trying out some CC in LFR and DS but im not sure what to you for raiding..

What do you guys uise the MAX the dps out?..

Any feedback would be great..

As a 390 rogue using Trixter with RaidBot i'm pulling 74k dps on madness, 43k on zon'ozz, 25k on training dummy

EDIT: I've tried every CC and trixter gives me the best dps
