What can we do to help speed up updates

I was wondering if there is anything that we can do to help speed up updates after patches. I haven't had HB for very long, a few months, and it seems that the updates are very slow in coming. Especially for a product that we paid for. I've had to resort to using another product (not a full bot, just rotations) waiting for you guys. Sad thing is, the product is free and they update it usually within an hour of a patch.

So what, as users, can we do to help you speed up updates? Is it that most of you are in the EU and don't see the patch at the same time as us? I'm just trying to find a solution that keeps HB rolling along.

I don't know anything about programming or coding but tbh, the Beta build was out and working properly within an hr of the patch. That's pretty insane if you ask me.

they can update in an hour because they have a lot less to update then we do.

we are working as fast as we can, once blizzard gets back to a normal patching schedule things will be fine.

until then please be patient.
