What bounties should be black listed?

I am trying to have it farm for westmarch holy water but it seems to get bugged on act 5 a lot so I have noticed it logging out and restarting with 3 or more completed bounties quite often.

I believe its because it hasn't been updated and some of the bounties ( in most acts) have no id number and path created yet or they been alterd and not updated yet. so it does the ones I has and leaves due to timeout or all bounties completed prompt but I could be wrong
