I was just wondering if anyone does a lot of reading ? If so who are your favourite authors and what books can you recommend ? I think I can safely say my favourite is conn iggulden with his gengus khan series fallowed very closely by simon scarrow and his macro and cats eagle series although I don't think his last book was so good as the rest.

i am reading Mark Wolf's "Fixing Global Finance".
some of his arguments are contradictory. for example, he says the government should protect creditors with good reputations because they are the ones who could lend money, which is the base of our financial system. He thinks economy would go bad if financial system is not working.

He says, if a country's majority population are poor people who are not creditors, government should still represent rich people as they are good creditors.
He also says if government only protect creditors who are rich people, the rich will get richer and the poor will unlikely get rich. Thus the imbalance will lead to economic crisis.

Thus, his answer to whether government should represent rich or poor people is contradictory. The economy is going bad now... As far as I am concerned, this is because government did not deal with the 2008 crisis properly. The rescue plan does not give many opportunities to poor people.

my favtorate book ever is "Little Brother" by Cory Doctorow, its a really awesome book, whats cool is you can read it for free on the guys website, but the audio book is really good and when you buy it its DRM free. he also has one out on Gold farming called "For the Win" and although i haven't read it, what i have read of it, was pretty good.

his site is http://craphound.com/?cat=5

heres a video of him talking about "Little Brother" and reading some of it.

Again him talking about "For the Win" and reading some of it.

i really cant stress enough of how much i enjoyed Little brother, im not much of a book person, but for whatever reason i actually wanted to finish it, and i think that alone says much more then me saying how much i liked it.

I read "outliers" and it was honestly amazing. This guy is an honest genius, brilliant man. So i dig his books.

I am currently reading "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins. It is one of the best books I have ever read! READ IT!

I'm reading "Hard boiled wonderland and the end of the world" by Haruki Murakami

didnt know they were a trilogy. im wondering if i read the first one?? not sure.. will be looking that up as we speak. I was thinking that writing about the different races would be pretty awsome.

I'm about half way thru now it just gets better and better lol

I hadent heard of this before, but a fried told me to watch the HBO TV series of Game of Thrones, and thats what turned me onto the books.

The TV Series is incredible too, well worth a downlload
