What are some "needed" plugins?

I have no plugins currently, so I was just wondering, what plugins will really help my botting? Im only quest botting right now, and I am not having any issues or anything, I just dont know what plugins are helpful. What would you reccomend for me?

anti-drown
anti-ganker
stuckhelper
repairfly (its really buggy tho)
shutup (cause it makes a noise when you get a whisper)
refreshment detection
autoequip

itemforaura (needed for kick's leveling profile)

Also, i use Mr. ItemRemover, it sells/removes your grey/white/green items so you don't have full bags.
