Bought RaF 1yr for i think its 69.99euro

Used the 5 sessions for about 30 minutes, the rest of the night was D/C
and used it to log in but not 'start' botting

What are my chances of getting a refund? been a while since i sent a PM to bossland
 
im guessing as big as me ever looting the raptor in ZG
(ZG is gone in cata)
 
I've heard Bossland is pretty good about giving refunds, not a Jay'ch like the Pirox guy. Just send him a private message, that's all you can really do.

depends on when you bought the product
there is a 30days refund policy
 
i have sent you a PM but have gotten no reply yet, and it has been a week so far i believe, with the waiting time for your reply
 
if its been more than 30 days of waiting for a reply does that void my refund abilties?

I want a refund because i thought i had something going on and needed the extra slots, but turns out cata came and bit me in the ass

i have only used the extra slots i had just bought for a total time of probably 24 hours at the most, and not even for botting, simply to log in so that bigsister wouldnt get messed up

Look at the quote below, he just posted that on the 17th todays is the 20th, said it's been a week. so 30 days couldn't have passed for him yet. Depending how long he waited to pm which he said he only used the bot for 30 minutes which he posted that on the 16th day before th quoted post below. he should still have around 1-2 weeks left before his 30 days. If he is right on his time on when he contacted bossland compared to when he posted.

Im sure if you are wanting to mitigate your losses someone maybe out there looking to trade accounts with you perhaps a 1 user hb with your RAF. If thats not against the rules, although imo the admins in this place are pretty decent and will sort you out no doubts!

P.s If ida made that mistake ida just bought 4 more copies of the 9.99 vanillia & Burning crusade and played them all, but thats cos i think botting is awsome fun.

* I deleted your double account registration, now you are able to receive PMs
* Thats why you never got mine
* I cant see how its a month if your last Invoice is 13d ago and the one before 6 months

*I am processing the refund today
 
Thanks bossland, will request a close once once i recieve the refund, and for your 3rd note, i was asking if i waited for a month for a reply back
 
give boss a while. He has many other things to do besides attend to you. He said its only been 13 days since you purchased so it will be coming soon.
 
Only reason im worrying is because its getting closer and closer to that ' 30 day ' refund policy date. . .
