What are honorbuddy scripts written in?

I know the bot itself is written in C#, but I was wondering what the bot scripts are written in, like combat routines and other scripts the bot uses
for instance Alliance scripts for 60-70, 80-85, 90-100, etc

I also heard HB might change to Java for the bot itself? Would appreciate some feedback, thanks guys!
