What are good ways to level 70-80?

I used Kick's leveling profiles from level 1-60 on a windwalker monk NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER (just the occasional hang up on a tree every now and again). Once I hit Zangarmarsh though everything went down hill (my honorbuddy kept crashing, idk if that was because of my computer or what, I posted logs but Kick did not respond back to me). I had to do Zangarmarsh manually and then it did Terokkar no problem. Moved on to Nagrand where for some reason it would occasionally fly to one of the horde bases and get killed by guards over and over... So I did those quests manually then as soon as I hit 68 I turned Kick's back on and it FLEW through 68-80 like nothing!!! I think it took me like maybe 10 hours of botting to hit 80.
