i make 280k GPH in nightmare , is that good or at least acceptable? cause i see items on AH for bilions... so makes me think others are making maybe 1 mil GPH....

People aren't making 1m GPH by simply gold pickup.

I have a very geared monk and i am getting 600k GPH act 3 mp1 inferno

Paragon levels probably. My barbs pull in 400-500k A3 Inferno.
