what am i doing wrong?

bought this today from the buddy auth portal.. i paid for a season and it said i would get an email with a key and havnet got one.. none of my seasons are showing up my account is blank.. what do i do?

Did you register on the auth portal with the email you used during checkout?

thanks i sent a mail with my trans action id number and such from g2s.com where i purchased the bot..its still not showing the key or the season i purchased on my buddy auth portal site.. i got all the confirmation emails and followed all instructions but somehow im messed up..

as long as you sent the e-mail to support, you should be fine, they should get back to you in 24 hours or so with your key.
if you paid for a 1 day key, it wont start counting till you use it so dont worry if thats the case.
