What am i doing wrong?

Hey I have updated the things i need to update etc. As soon as I boot up DB it crashes. Run as admin etc.

Please help. Im new to DB and ill be honest ive read some things and done my research to try to fix it on my own but at this point im at a loss.

Try to download and install it.

I did that. no results

EDIT: I never removed 4.5.2 Uninstalled that among some other things asked and now im reinstalling buddy wizard.
i will report back

Did everything, Same issues.
Boots up. Instantly crashes.
