Im in the same boat... I've noticed though, when I deleted the compiledAssemblies folder it no longer does that.... only for a little while though... like a few mob pulls.
It takes bot about 5-10 seconds to think every time he does another move (turn). The bot also stops for about 5 seconds before looting and before starting to shoot the target.
Unfortunately, the bot has always had a delay like this. If any wandering mobs are nearby and targeted, it can take even longer (an extra 30 seconds or more as it continually recalculates the mob position). It has to do with client/server communication; there is a bit of a bottleneck when too many users are online. Late at night, when less BW users are active, I've noticed that it tends to move much more quickly between kills.
But is it possible to fix this problem? Because we can get banned because of it, people run around and see us moving strangely, few of the guys already asked me if I'm a bot). I remember there was the same problem with honorbuddy before, but it was fixed quicker. I hope the fix for this will come soon.
I think that pausing between fights is perfectly normal; moving from target to target without ever taking a break is probably more suspicious. The only truly bot-like behavior I really worry about is backing up to go around obstacles (unavoidable) and running into walls.
Per a fix, only the BW developers can answer that. I would personally love to get more juice server side to avoid the bottlenecks, especially during prime time.
