hey i rdy buying new key but what about my old profiles from my old key i have manythings like rotaions and more ??:mad:
 
if you used the same email,your Bstore purchases are there
 
you lose everything , buy new profiles

when you try old user name you will get this 'The user name or password provided is incorrect.'

and when you try login to buddy auth portal you also get same message

so i think you need to buy everything again

the email used on buddyauth is the same as the email you used when you purchased the bot key originally :) (not the same as your forum login)

OP got the correct answer on his question,the rest was unnecessary chit-chat

You know I had a issue earlier today somewhat close. My paypal email has changed since 2011, so I had to just email them @ [email protected] and they applied the new key to my original account. Just make sure to email them with the email used in the payment.

Really Tony so why all the wild goose chasing are you a troll? because I have asked you this question in an email before, you then told me to request from the original email... I did this today and they tell me there is no infrastructure to do so? either you can use a new key to stream products from the other buddy auth account or not...

I have the same issues as other, but it looks like when the support guy I was working with gets back then it should all be setup to my normal buddyauth account. Little shitty, mostly on my part that I didn't know about this before it all shut down on me mid raid, but thankfully I use TuanHa routines so it doesn't really affect me while it gets sorted.

Simple this shit company needs to reactivate keys until it gets it's crap together! not say oh darn we got sued it's the customers bad....appalling service something I would expect from Blizzard not Bossland....it's taken an entire day still no resolution....how many times can I be asked for a user name I already provided prior to being asked....shall I post every email I have written regarding this and response....
 
All I did was contact them on the e-mail I bought the key with, since my pay-pal is different then the genral one I used for gaming, and explained the situation and they ask what e-mail I would like it connected to. I know it's not optimal but it would seem there is a bit of a scrable and this transition hasn't happened very smoothly.

I just hope in the end we get a bot that is more polished with more finished features and less reliance on community devs to fill the gap. I got 5 years out of 25 bucks, I'd say I got my money's worth.
 
Support can understand more then simple English and requests getting solved asap all the required info is provided
 
I resubbed no problems, key was assigned to my account, checked on buddyauth.com

All is working fine, including all store purchases :p
