Were can i go to get a refund?

Hello, well since i was in desperate need of a bot and this didn't work as it should right know cuase of the latest patch i would like to ask for a refund.

So my question to you is were do it do this? Tried to search on the forums but didn't find anything special. Thanks in advance.

Well, i bought the bot in hope to get it to level directly for me, and the questing part was only a beta wich i didn't see till i had bought it. And the rest of the guys told me to wait abit, but the thing is i dont have that time right now, so hopefully i could get a refund for now.

Grind and PVP are very stable.

Questing has a few quirks. (You'll need to check it once in a while, but I've been running 1-28 so far without many issues.) You'll more often than not, see issues with profiles than the bot itself with the current release.

Yeah i know, but i also tried alot of the profiles and really never got it to work properly for me, so maybe i could change to the gathering bot or something? Since i got a few 80s, then i might make some money instead till the guesting part is working great

I feel the same as the original poster I brought GB to farm for me the profiles on the forum are terrible they farm about 20% what i do by hand, i havent had a setup manual i read something on the forum that wasnt very helpful, when i have tried to make my own routes the character doesnt follow the route i recorded and it has issues trying to mine things underwater.

Mostly there isnt any actual help to sort this out as in talking to someone on msn or some sort of chat to go through it step by step as im sure it could work that way i have added all these so called live chat things on msn and been on there all day no one has logged on.

I dont see the problem with grinding and pvp'ing. Leveling is leveling right? Eventually when the questing comes out of beta and is as stable as it can be then you can use that more. I just dont see the problem here. Grind with the bot and then do a few quests by hand every now and then if questing is an absolute must!

It sounds like you will be rebuying it once it is working so if your eventually going to use the program again anyways why not just use the working and available features now until the ones you want are stable? Just tryin to help sorry if it sounds like a flame.

Well the reason is cuase i know an other bot that i can use for farming that ive used before and it works perfectly and easy for me to use So that's the reason, bad times with money to so it's kinda hard for me to buy two bots

And now you guys can appreciate the work these guys put into their profiles to get them to work without the issues you just described! Its not easy at all! So if you encounter a bug report it so they can be fixed! Otherwise keep tryin to make your own and you will see that you are not farming anymore per time spent than you would with a "slightly less than perfect" profile that someone else did all the work for you on!

You must not have searched very hard for a questing profile. bpalphas 1-80 works just fine for me, CC's arent hard to find either, if you can only get a certain talent spec cc then just go with it, its cheap to change talents the first time, just level with what is available. i started a dwarf pally 2 days ago and with bpalphas questing it is now lvl 46. and the bot is pretty much flawless for straight grind or questing. ive had no problems with the new release except for the autoequip is not working very well.

these are 5 star profiles to be fair.... for 80 euros a yea i expect something better than what is currently available it wasnt marketed like that

And to LeksakN i totally understand if money is tight lots of people are experiencing that now so not givin you a hard time for that but my point was solely that it sounded like you would eventually have this program anyways thus it just seems smarter to keep using it as is til your features are working! That is all!

PM Bossland for refunds. You're welcome to post your issues and let us help you solve them, however. I've personally used grinding to level 4 80's now, questing for 2 more, and use GB to farm out 3-4k gold a day.

now it is far more sophisticated and there will be bugs while things are released. I bought it just so it would grind for me, and now it quests too (usually) which rocks.

you guys are expecting way too much in too little time. Try making your own bot, its hard
