I have 2 identical PC's for botting. same hardware/software.
A month ago I was able to bot 9 gb in ulduum on one of them. now 4 works, ok. 5 > sometime error 132 memory read error. 6 > errorS in about 10 minutes , they start closing down one after another.
and on the second pc I'm running 4 hb for lvl. 1 hb for farm and 2 gb , and its ok.
I tried clearing cache, I've read bossland's post regarding this matter, and I've modified the confing. read only on data chache .

Using gamebooster and a program that restores used ram.
pc config.
windows xp , 64 bits. amd athlon 64+, dual core 6000+
ati radeon 3400 hd.
5120 ddr 2
pagefile is set on 30 gb . on windows partition and 30gb on the partitions with wow's folder.
Using different wow folder for each account.

Did you make a memtest? Perhaps your memory has some errors. Do you overclock your system? If so, is it stable? Run prime95 and LinX to test it.
Perhaps you have different video settings then a month ago. A few more addons? Addons can take a lot of memory.

Pagefile on 30Gb?! How much RAM do you have ? O.o

Pagefile doesn't really have anything to do with the amount of RAM he has. Also just because it's set to 30GB doesn't mean it will use anywhere near that.

Anyways, when was the last time you restarted these machines? It's better to just flatout restart the computers every four days or so instead of using a program to free it back up. If you haven't restarted in a month, the problem could be fixed with something as simple as that.

Otherwise, do as Stefan said above and run some memory tests and see what you come up with.

It does depend on how much RAM he has, you should not put the pagefile bigger then default its just stupid and has no meaning at all.. First of you will take up space on your HD and when the page file starts to work your HD will have to work because its located there. no point in having it at that size. I would recommend running memtest86 for memory errors. Could also run prime95 as posted above to put both your RAM and CPU at a stress test.

Your pagefile doesn't need to be any larger then 2.5x the amount of ram that you have installed. Any more then that is a waste. You should also run a ram tester to be sure that your ram isn't failing. http://hcidesign.com/memtest/

Your page file should always be larger than the amount of RAM you have, but no more than 2-2.5x as stated above. It's also unlikely that GB would even use that much of the swapfile, so it doesn't really matter that he's got it set way too high. The problem is that he can no longer run the same amount of bots he could before and now encounters errors. Assuming nothing has changed, the swapfile is entirely irrelevant to the problem. Unless it's never been cleared since he started botting.

Anyways, everybody here has said the same thing, memory test, so we just need to wait from OP.

Yes that is true, though I never said that the pagefile was a part of the problem? I just asked him a question why he had such a huge pagefile as it does nothing for him :)

He has 5120 DDR RAM as he said in his post. What a crappy amout of RAM. Do you have 2GB + 2GB + 1GB (triplechannel). Well, it's DDR2 so normaly it can't be triplechannel RAM.

those 5gb worked fine until now. Will run a memtest . What's the point of having a super pc, being able to run 20 bots on 1 ah. I'm afk most of the time and if one wow gets error 132..memory... eventually all of them will take it.
I'm restarting my pc everyday before selling . works quite slow after 24h of botting without restart.
While using memtest should I leave all 3 pieces of ram? or should I take them 1 by 1 and test it?

I personally would test each module one at a time so that if there is a problem you would know right away which module it is.
On a side note: DDR modules should never be mixed or run in singles. DDR is meant to be run strictly in pairs. Not only same in size but also manufacturers.
