Weird Node Behavior

In trying to make a gathering profile for farming Shards / Crystals, the node behavior becomes a line after saving the profile, with the target and item collect disappearing. View attachment 120990

Not particularly sure if I'm doing anything wrong, as I have just started using the program and decided to make my own gathering profile.

Mine is doing the same, not sure but it might be broke from patch. It wasn't doing this the other day.
