So the problem is my d3 freezes when DB is on, it's not a freeze but a bit weirder. So on loading area or even when in map d3 blacks out or stays on loading screen. When i enter task manager d3 is normally running. This happened to me on win 8.1 and now on clean win 10 install. Checked my hdd for errors and non where found. Bcs of this inactivity timer never kicks in bcs DB is for some reason still counting xp even tho character is not moving. I can solve the problem by just ctrl+alt-del and screen goes back to normal and the bot continues to run. This never ever happens to me without DB. Tried with or without YAR but still the same. Alo it doesn0t metter if using db beta or release version. Here are the last two logs.

we have seen this in the past and it was verified as a D3 bug, keep us updated plz

Hmm ok what would you recommend me to do. I have done a fresh d3 install so its not that. Would a compability mode fix the problem or maybe d3prefs even tho i have two different ones for bot and for manual play and same thing happens.

Ok i found the solutiom, was running it from yesterday evening to this morning with no problems. This is the problem only with amd cards and it happens on few new version of drivers.
Here is the solution.

Try doing this if you are experiencing the issue. I just did this earlier this morning it worked perfectly. Able to get through Desolate Sands and complete Act II with no more issues.

1. Go to: https://mega.co.nz/#F!xtVAFLwI!MTxBcaVWSAm4rJBUpslTyw
2. Click on "Continue to Mega.nz" if it is your first visit there.
3. Click on DirectX 9.0 at the left
4. Find 13.12.zip on the list in the right
5. Download this file.
6. Find your Diablo III.exe
WindowsKey + E, then in the search window type Diablo III.exe
In the results it will have your D3 folder listed. Mine is D:\games\D3
This is where you need to extract the files you just downloaded
7. Extract the two files (atiumd64.dll and atiumdag.dll) to the folder we just found above.
8. Run the game.

It will now use the 13.12 drivers instead of your system drivers for just Diablo 3.
This will only work for AMD/ATI cards though.

Hope that helps.
