Weird error when starting HB 0x0000135

Hey,

After a break i started playing wow again, and I wanted to use HB again aswell. So i downloaded the lastest version, 5710. But whenever i open it and start it i get the error(translated from dutch); can't initialize(0x0000135) click ok to end. Hope you can help me out.
