Weird box that pops up in the upper left corner

I finally figured out it was Rebornbuddy using a program, but its a black box that says Smart Target and it overlays everything. Why does that appear? It only gos away when you exit the bot. @.@

Look at your Combat Settings. Assuming you're using Ultima, it has options for overlays.
