Whenever there is a patch, the bot needs to be updated to make make sure it is safe for us to use it.
With that said, there is always a bunch of posts stating "Does not work" or something to that effect. I read one such post today and there was a reply to it saying, "don't you read other posts?" and a link to a post by a developer stating that the bot is down because of the update and they will add more information once it looks like they have more to add.
I tried looking for that original post by the developer and it's buried somewhere in the other threads. This has been a huge problem for me and others in the past, so here's what I propose:
Make a sticky and call it "Bot not working? READ this first!" and lock it. Then put the most current information up there in hopes that people won't have to weed out the relevant posts from everything else. Please consider this.
