I mean is it that hard to implement one in the bot ? There is this bug (or probably blizzards handbreak against botters) char is stuck in game start screen searching for game, switching to ranked quick match etc doesnt work, neither does the cancel search button. ONly thing getting it out of this is log out and login again.

When the button gets grayed, it will take the unstucker 10/10 and moving to the "home" interface and then back in this case it will fix it.
This doesn't happen for you ?

It does happen but it is not a fix, greyed out buttons still appear and he cant start game, only fix out of this was logout login.

These are both reproducible without the bot. It's a bug with Blizzard's interface in the presence of high latency or (like in my case) shitty Comcast routers. You need to do some research into which server it is that you're getting stuck on. For me it was ORD2 (US Central). Just firewall the server that is causing your stalls and try again.
