Let's gather all the tips and tricks to reduce RAM/CPU/GPU/HDD usage for each D3 client.
So far:
D3 config window:
- Put every setting to low
- Disable anti-aliasing
- Enable LowFX
- Disable sound
- Put D3 in Window Mode (or Full screen window if you're using Drelog)
D3prefs:
- Disable trilinear filtering
- Hardware class to 1
- Min fps to 20
- Mipbias to "9.999999"
D3 Files:
- Remove cache in Diablo III/Data_D3/PC/MPQs (will make runs slower at first to rebuild the cache but should keep only the necessary in cache)
Need to research if we can keep a single cache folder for multiple D3 instances (using symlinks maybe), SSD space is expensive. Also, Immortal Bot could activate wireframe and even lower FX.
