We may be banned,...is all hope lost...?!

Can somebody confirm with a banned account;

When I log-in with a banned account, I get this:

[21:43:42] Connecting to game servers...
[21:43:42] Download player info...
[21:43:42] Download game settings...
[21:43:44] Download player inventory...
[21:43:44] Download of player inventory failed.
[21:43:44] Restricted response from game server. Try again in 2 hours

Before I get "Restricted response from game server. Try again in 2 hours" (ouch I hate to read this ), I see my username, and my stardust on the banned account (just for 1 second).

Does this mean our banned accounts are not TERMINATED (yet)?

There are rumors that the accounts live on on the servers for data mining and future bans if you try to bot again on a new account under the same IP. You mst likely will never see that account again.

That would be smart from the Niantic side...nahhhh they are not so smart to do this... ;-)

My 1st account was banned so I setup another. Yesterday I went from level 2 to 10 on the bot. After waiting the same amount of time travel plus 15 minutes, I logged back in around my home and my bot said idle and would not move. I logged in with my phone a few minutes later and there was a bunch of metals, eggs and whatnots awarded. The account seemed fine on the phone. (BTW, I changed my IP on my phone before I setup a new account) Now when I log into my acc thru the bot today it still says idle. I'll reset the ip and try again.
