We have not been asked to choose a team and Level 23 plus now on 3 accounts

Hi there we have 3 accounts and all got to level 23 but we have not been asked to choose a team , what should we do as thought we would have had to like a non botted version we have?
We would be happy if someone could help us with this problem please.

Just go to a gym?
Thats where I got to choose my team...although then my accounts were banned.

Niantic bans you whenever they want to. Regardless of whether or not you go to a gym. If you get banned when you go to one, then it was going to happen anyway.
