We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach

I don't know why, I can't use honorbuddy at all, I keep getting this message:

"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."

Even though I run wow 32 bit, and I keep the game "windowed".
