I've tried restarting my computer, using both the launcher and standalone Honorbuddy, waiting for my toon to be in-game and whilst on character screen.

This has only started after the latest buddy update.

I deleted my Utils folder and fixed that problem.

did you update the game? there was a small patch a few days ago.
